Husband et wife team Thomas Aubrit et Gemma Aubrit-Layfield are thrilled to introduce their French Bistro in the heart of the Norwich Lanes.
Opened at the start of 2020, the pair have fulfilled a life long dream of owning their own bistro et are thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Lanes community. Serving simple, French food, Thomas focuses on authentic family recipes he grew up enjoying. Cooking runs in the family pour Thomas as his mother was a cook et his uncle a butcher, et that family history has influenced his menu. ’It's what I love, it's in my blood.
