BonjourHusband and wife team Thomas Aubrit and Gemma Aubrit-Layfield are thrilled to introduce their French Bistro in the heart of the Norwich Lanes.
Opened at the start of 2020, the pair have fulfilled a life long dream of owning their own bistro and are thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Lanes community. Serving simple, French food, Thomas focuses on authentic family recipes he grew up enjoying. Cooking runs in the family for Thomas as his mother was a cook and his uncle a butcher, and that family history has influenced his menu. ’It's what I love, it's in my blood.
